This Park and Pavillon were funded by me on the day of His Highness Emperor Wilhelm II’s and His wife’s Viktoria Fürstin von Liegnitz’s Silver Jubilee, on the 27th of February 1906, and gifted under this act today.
May the Lord protect these places and all those who come in visit.
